Sacramento"Midnight Madness" - Rules/Info

1-1 Count with the extra foul
Strike zone will be used
One courtesy runner per inning-last out.
Walk rule-Men's one base
Walk rule Coed-Men two bases-Female one base
When walking a male, women have option to walk every time
Run rule: 10 runs after 5 innings
60 Minute games
Championship game will be 70 minutes
NO TEAM JUMPING One team per division-
Illegal players will be ejected.
All teams may bat up to 12 players
Poor Sportsmanship will not be allowed

3 Game Guarantee!!

All times, are approximate start times for each division. Tournament will finish Sunday eve . All teams must be prepared to play Friday night @ 11:59pm!
NO EXCEPTIONS

Rosters must be on-line at http://www.usssa.com/
Print and turn in Friday at the Sac Complex!
Otherwise there is a $25 roster fee to fill out at the fields

All Divisions will start
right before Midnight Friday

* You must bring legal teams

* No outside food or beverages in the complex or complex parking lot. Park Rangers will be at the tournament.

Teams please don't break this rule!

A thru Z /All Star Softball reserves the right to modify game times or structure due to field conditions, time constraints, or inclement weather.
Rain Out refund policy:
If your game is started that is considered 1 full game.
No Games Played =90% Refund
1 Game Played =60% Refund
2 Games played= 30% Refund
3 or more games played = 0Refund..

NO Smoking in the parks (There will be designated smoking area)
All Teams must be registered for 2009@ USSSA .com create 2009 team and add roster now at USSSA.com
All teams must pay and turn in a roster before you play !

No outside food or beverages they do have a snack bar and sell beer ! Do not sneak food beer or you will be ejected from the parks and may be cited by park rangers - Drinking in snackbar or patio area of snack bar onlY- Permits will be available for motor home drinking etc
No Dogs/Scooters,Bikes ,Skateboards etc!!
Make sure to add roster to usssa.com and print it to turn in before your 1st game Early check-in and pre party at the Sac Complex Friday Oct 2nd 6pmish -Turn in Roster and Entry fee of $375 Cash before Midnight!! or Mail in $350 by Sept 20th
They also charge a gate fee- so managers please lnform all your players of the park rules and guidleines and gate fee info etc. Gate will be $5 for a 3 day pass for Friday -Sat and Sunday - This will cover both parks!
we will have a very nice awards package!! MVP/All Tourney Bats,Bags,Gloves, Batting Gloves etc.
